MARKET AGREEMENT

Submitting the Form above is a commitment to participate if approved.
Vendors must submit a $30 Vendor fee once approved. This fee reserves your spot at the market. Your Vendor fee is due upon submitting your form and is non-refunable.
Vendors are encouraged to promote the market via their own social media outlets. Nova Espresso will provide marketing collateral for you to post in addition to sharing photos of your goods/art.

Arrival Set Up Break down

Vendors are responsible for the setup and security needs of their exhibit. It is recommended that each exhibitor be covered under their own insurance.
Vendors are responsible for bringing their own table & table cloth. Vendor spaces are typically limited to 6ft tables, but if you need more space please let us know: claire@novaespresso.coffee
Set up begins at 2 hours before the event. All vendors must be set up no later than 30 minutes before the event begins and must attend the market in its entirety.
All items and displays must be contained within your assigned space.
Vendors may park near the entrance of Nova Espresso to unload their goods but MUST move their vehicles away from prime parking to ensure shoppers + customers have adequate parking during the market. It is recommended that you park on State Street, directly behind Nova Espresso.
Smoking is not permitted on our property.
The use of electricity/power cords will be approved on a case-by-case basis. If your exhibit requires power, please contact claire@novaespresso.coffee for more details.
Breakdown will begin at the end of the event.
Vendors are responsible for the teardown, trash removal, & load out of their exhibit.

Miscellaneous:

Vendors will be assigned a table in random order. We cannot guarantee or reserve specific areas at this time.
Vendors must be directly involved in the design/production of the work they exhibit
Nova Espresso reserves the right to request the removal of any work or display that may be inappropriate or offensive to others.
Vendors are responsible for processing their sales: point of sale processing, sales tax, receipts, etc.
Nova Espresso cannot provide change to vendors or break large bills. Vendors are responsible for bringing adequate change/small bills if they choose to accept cash.
Late arrivals or no-shows may result in exclusion from future markets. If you cannot make it to the event or will be late, PLEASE call Claire at (251) 287-1379.
Vendors must be approved before the event. Please do not invite friends to set up their goods at the market, they will be turned away, even if you share a table.
Nova Espresso reserves the right to remove a vendor from the lineup for conduct deemed unacceptable and/or inappropriate.
Photos taken by Nova Espresso during the market may be used in future publications, advertising, or press releases.
