HIIT & Sip w/ OM Personal Training

Join OM Personal Training and Nova Espresso for HIIT & Sip in partnership with Lululemon! This fun, outdoor event features a 45-minute high intensity interval training workout that concludes with a guided cooldown. Tickets are $15, 30 spots available. Sign up here!

Nova Espresso will be providing lattes after your workout (first drink is included).

Safety is our top priority. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to complete your liability waiver. If you have not yet received the COVID-19 vaccine, we kindly ask that you wear a protective face covering during check-in for the health and safety of those around you.

What to bring:

  • This event is BYOM (bring your own mat)

  • Face mask (not required during exercise)

  • Water bottle

  • Sweat towel

  • Sunscreen

Yoga on the Lawn w/ Kindred Yoga

Join us for Yoga on the Lawn with Kindred Yoga! No sign up necessary **Minimum $5 donation to participate** in honor of Domestic Violence Awareness Month in the city of Mobile, donations for October YOTL are going to Penelope House.

Penelope House helps victims of intimate partner violence to gain social and economic independence through shelter, counseling, advocacy, and referral to community resources and agencies. The shelter can provide refuge for victims and their children when their lives are in imminent danger. Temporary shelter allows escape from a violent situation. The prevention of domestic violence through education and public awareness is the goal of Penelope House.
