WHEN WILL MY SUBSCRIPTION SHIP?

We process subscriptions every Wednesday. Your subscription will ship out within 24 hours of your order being processed.


HOW DO I CHANGE THE FREQUENCY OF MY SUBSCRIPTION?

To change the order frequency of an existing subscription, please follow these steps:

  • Log into your account

  • Select Manage Subscription

  • Cancel the existing subscription

  • Resubscribe to the subscription frequency you’d like to have


HOW DO I SKIP/RESUME A SHIPMENT?

If you’d like to skip your subscription, please contact us at least 3 days before your subscription is set to renew. We’re happy to help!

HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

If you’d like to cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:

  • Log into your account

  • Choose “Cancel Subscription”

You will receive an email confirmation. NOTE that cancelling a subscription will not cancel an order that has already been processed.

WE ARE PROUD TO OFFER OUR SUBSCRIPTIONS WITH FREE SHIPPING! OUR SUBSCRIPTION PRICES REFLECT A MARGINAL INCREASE TO HELP OFFSET OUR HANDLING COSTS.
